Booking Conditions & Cancellation Policy

Please read the booking rules below carefully.

Each reservation, after its confirmation, has the value of acceptance of the contract according to the current Italian legislation. The contract is binding for the person making the reservation and for all the other subjects mentioned therein, including minors.

Check-in: from 14:30 to 19:30
After 19:30 it is possible to access the structure independently with a code.
At check-in, guests must show or, if requested by our staff, send an identification document with photo and, if required by law, the Green Pass.

Check-out: from 08:00 to 11:00

Cancellation / Advance payment

The conditions relating to cancellation and prepayment vary according to the type of accommodation.

Enter the dates of your stay and check the conditions of the chosen room.

Standard rate, payment by credit card

The reservation is to be considered confirmed only after paying the deposit equal to 50% of the total amount of the reservation. In the absence of this sum paid, the reservation is to be understood as void.

As required by the civil code in art. 1385, the deposit is refundable only if the cancellation is made within the day before check-in.

The balance will be charged to your credit card one day before check-in.

Non-refundable rate, payment by credit card

If this special rate is booked, the full amount will be charged to the credit card. The entire amount is not refundable under any circumstances.

Standard and non-refundable rate, payment by bank transfer

The bank transfer must be received for the full amount by the day before check-in
Once the requested payment has been made, you must send us an email with a copy of the accounting.
The full amount of the non-refundable rate will not be recoverable under any circumstances.

Billing request

If you book a rate that requires prepayment and you need an invoice, ask our staff as soon as possible.

Reservation confirmation

As soon as our administration office receives the deposit or the full amount of the reservation, we will confirm it by email, followed by the booking confirmation which implies acceptance of our cancellation / modification and deposit terms.

Pre-authorization

In some cases, Morali Palace reserves the right to check the validity of the credit card left “as a guarantee” before the client’s arrival by requesting a pre-authorization from the circuit to which it belongs. With the pre-authorization, the hotel guarantees the temporary one availability of the total amount of the stay, or part of it (about 50%), to ensure that the credit card is valid.

NO AMOUNT IS COLLECTED.

The pre-authorization expires automatically after 28 days from the requested date and the amount is released. In case of pre-authorized with negative result, the customer will be notified and the reservation will be canceled. In this case, the hotel will have no obligation towards the customer.

Extension and / or modifications of the stay

The extension and / or modification of the stay requires an additional reservation, is subject to availability, the cancellation policies mentioned above and may lead to tariff changes.

Cancellation Policy

1. In case of cancellation or changes made up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.

2. For cancellations or changes after this deadline, the full amount will be charged to the credit card provided as guarantee. This cancellation policy is not valid for the discounted Non-Refundable rate (in this case the booking amount will be charged at the time of booking and will not be returned in the event of cancellation / cancellation).

3. No reimbursement is due to the guest who decides to interrupt the stay already undertaken and therefore will be required to pay for the entire booked stay.

Children and extra beds

Children of all ages are welcome.

Children up to the age of 4 stay for free; besides they are considered on a par with adults.

Baby cots can be added at this property, subject to availability.

It is not possible to add extra beds at this property.

Credit cards accepted

Morali Palace accepts these credit cards: Maestro, Mastercard, Visa, American Express, CartaSi, Bancomat, ApplePay and GPay.

Morali Palace reserves the right to temporarily hold an amount prior to arrival.

Smokers

Smoking is not allowed inside the entire structure.

Parties

It is not allowed to organize parties / events.

Hours of silence

Customers must respect the silence between 21:00 and 09:00.

Animals

Pets are not allowed.
